New T3 update fixes LESS compiler

I went through timeout errors with the less compiler earlier this week, and with robwent's help, got that squared away with a couple clever workarounds. The new T3 update fixes the problem, allowing the admin to compress only the active template. See screenshot.Version 2.1.2 - I got it here.
