feature request for Zen Bridge: "above/below content"

As a replacement for the deprecated Advert positions from ZGF, I think many of us using a zen bridge application could make use of 'above content' and 'below content' positions - then we could insert items beside (or between) the sidebars.

I'll ask Anthony regarding this

There is one above position which is full width

The old advert positions where above the content area e.g. with sidebars to left and right of both advert and main content - no?

I'm suggesting something the same width as Main, so if there are sidebars (L, R) present, he above or below would shift to accommodate the sidebar(s).
