stranded on third base with ZGB

I can't seem to get my 2.5 ZGF template up to 3.1.5 ZGB.

If I update to J3 first, I get a ZGF error. If I disable ZGF first, I cannot install J3. I get "Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in..." (though in actuality, I am apparently still alive)

The JB documentation leaves out the steps that might help finish the migration from J2.5 to J3. The furthest I get is through step 9.

Would the community have some suggestions?

Are you doing the locally? - this will make life easier

I'll need to check with Anthony on this for more info

Not locally - on a staging server. (There is a flash object with outside flash calls.)

So you can break this without any issue just reload a backup?
