there is some time I have bought the Grid 3 template here.

my profession is macroeconomy so I do not know all the installation details. neither I have time to try to learn.

I know how to add articles and the same level things.

can someone tell me me if there is somebody able to install the grid 3 template for me?

This is where we install the template as per the demo site on to your server

We also offer support blocks in 1 hour and 4 hour chunks

You can purchase any of these services via your profile at the top of this page - please click your icon and from there you can chose various options

If you decide to purchase the quickstart express service
- please submit a ticket stating your server details

With the quickstart service it has to contain joomla as well so it does need to be an empty folder we would need to install it to

the strong factor I want is that you must provide me the possibility to update it from non professional people... entering photos and text

I guess the first thing to consider is if you are going to use an extension to manage the real estate side and how much work is involved with adding that to a template

As you understand frim the picture U am in the beach and using the cell phone.

What I want:
I have advanced a payment in order to install a template called grid3 that i have already previously bought from my previous subscription.

Why i cannot make a ticket? To tell the truth iwhen i click ticket i have the page that tells me to pay another subscription which i do not want to buy because i do not need to buy another template.

The server creditials are on the email that brings to you Paypal.

There are the credentials to my hosting server in order to install the grid 3 template.

I you didnt get them please tell me where to send them another time time t

Ive just searched my records and I can't see a payment of $49 attached to this account.

I can see a payment of $45 made on the 2nd of November, 2012. Did you perhaps use a different email address or username.

Ive just issued a refund for you.

Not sure why you sent it outside of our system.

The quickstart service is available for members with current memberships. So you will need to renew your membership and then add the quickstart service to your account and then it will be in our system properly.

Right I understand that but the issue is that your subscription has expired. The Quickstart express service is only available for current members.

Your subscription ran out in February so you need to renew the subscription for you to use that service.


To make things easier I have just added a few days to your account so you can then go in and order the quickstart package from your profile.
So you know - I am making an allowance for you in this case.
