I would like help in customizing a new template for my website. I have done so already by myself on an older Joomla 1.5 site, but would like to do a new one - either 2.5 or 3.1. However, it took me quite a while to do last time and perhaps paying someone this time around would not be a bad idea. At least I would like to find out the cost.

I can fill in the content, but need the graphics on the template altered and I want some modules loaded and setup.
