www.vgoassociates.com is building a new website. We need a joomla! expert to take JB Powerplay and customize it for our requirements.

Website Tasks for www.vgoassociates.com

1. Customize Powerplay by Joomla Bamboo, for our use. For example, we want to eliminate the slideshow on the home page, create a 3-column over 2-column layout, use a blog module (or other as you suggest) to post video on the home page, etc.
2. Advise on best way to use existing content or create/acquire new content to create successful website
3. Design 5 top level pages using existing or new content
4. Design between 10-15 sublevel pages using existing or new content. This may shift as we develop the site plan.
5. Supervise publishing new website on our webserver

We have a good idea of what we want, just not sure how to get there with the template.
