Hi, I have not yet purchased a license for zentools because I would like to know before if there is a way to play a youtube video in zentools carousel module? Is easy to do?

It would depend how you wanted it to work

You can load the video via a lightbox effect

Please bear in mind though that Zentools is a commercial extension and we have a contact form which you can use to ask pre-sales questions.
