Hello,
I could not answer any previous topic on forum, why ?
There isn't any kind of support at the end of the membership period ?

What was the question?

As an expired user you can still post to professional services - which is what this thread has moved to

Cheers

Could you please move my post in "Corporate-Lifestyle" here in this forum or it is better that I repost here ?

Thank you

Hi there,

Actually expired basic memberships only have read only status to club template and extension areas.

We changed this at the start of the year. Previously there was no access to the forum or ticket system if your subscription had expired.

Developer members have continued access to be able to write forum questions and tickets after the subscription has expired.

Hope this clears it up for you.

Cheers

Sorry if I made some mistake, could I still post questions and get answers by this forum section or not also here ?
My questions in Corporate Lifestyle was a kind of general, not necessarly bond to the template, especially:
how to use paneltrigger to add a new button ?

Thank you

No problem.

We limit support to current members because as you have seen we take questions and support very seriously. So in order to make it sustainable we can only really answer support questions for paid up members.

Adding a new panel trigger is a little tricky though and more like something that would come under the customisation help for developer members.

Thanks

Wow...this about the paneltrigger is weird,
why use a class function to create a feature that you could use just once ?

Hi,

I don't really understand what you mean.

But thanks for your understanding regarding our support.

Thanks

I mean that I don't think is a good idea to have function like paneltrigger inside a template that is not easy reusable, then making that section of the template a little bit too taut/rigid

Sure. We do it for speed. It's more efficient to attach js behaviours to id's. But anyway thats beside the point in regards to offering support.

Thanks
