zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

hi! I installed jTweet in my site and it works correctly, but I want to change the width of the module. The width I want is more or less 850px, is the width of the top, where I want to see the messages from twitter,
I saw the css archive but i did not find the solution. Please help me, thanks.

PD: sorry about my english

Hey there,

Do you have a link to the site and page in question? Might help to see how you implemented and and the styles in the template.
Let us know.

Cheers,
Jason.

Hey Magalop,

This is a problem with your templates style. That position has a height of 72px and overflow is set to be hidden so you are only seeing part of the output.

You'll need t alter your template styles for this to work. Look for the div with the class 'newsflash'

Cheers,
Jason.

On this subject...I need an answer, too.

It looks like there is more than one div in the popup with a width set, and I am not sure that's intentional.

You can see jTweet near the bottom of electandytoy.com

Thanks.

Hey Ken,

All the widths are set in the jTweet css file so you can edit them there to suit your layout.

Thanks. Yeah, I see in the Powerplay demo, I can set the width to 20%, and have the text layout in more of a column than a row.

But, the one time I tried with the template I am using, to put the module in a side column, it didn't show any tweets, which I assumed to be because the popup was too wide, I turned off the popup off and tried again, and also gave that module position a wrap in the Morph Configurator.

The issue now is that I am getting the same tweet twice.

Hard to say why the tweets would repeat but as per the other thread if you create a ticket for this Ill look at this in the morning.
