I think JB Maps is a very good map module to tell visitors/customers where is your office.

Since JB Maps can show markers on the map, I hope I can add a photo to the marker, when visitor click on the marker sign, the photo will be shown up in the pop-up bubble.

This feature is good to show how does the building entrance looks like, then the visitors can find your office easier.

This should be possible. IN the module parameters for JB Maps, where you have "Description for first marker" you can add html in there and embed a link to an image on you site.
That should display the image and any other text or html you add in the pop-up.
