JB Library won't install properly- no parameters

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Does anyone know of anything that would stop the Jb Library installing correctly?
I have installed on a non JB template
The Plugin shows up, is enabled, but has no parameters
I've uninstalled, reinstalled, uploaded files manually but still no go

Any ideas would be appreciated

Cheers

Hey Billy,

I just updated to v1.1 - is that the version you are using?

Thanks Anthony

Don't know what version is installed as the plugin isn't displaying that info will edit above and add another s/shot

Must be a permissions thing. Perhaps try uploading the files manually to plugins/system

Thanks but I'll have to leave it
Gotta show client the site tomorrow without fail so I'm better to redo all the slideshows etc with another extension so I can guarantee it's ready for him tomorrow or he'll spit the dummy. I can't risk it not being ready..Gonna be a long night :)

Might revisit the problem in a few days once I've made my client happy with the demo and before I set it up live

Sorry bout the blog thing..wasn't thinking.... can you nuke that post? ta

Cheers

Hey Billy,

Just released an update for this. Seemed to be an issue with capitalization in the filenames.
I've installed it onto your site and it seems to work well. Let me know if you run into any issues.

Thanks,
J

Hey there.
Same here, ver 1.1 installs but no options are showing up, installing ver. 1.1.1 is showing the options again but also this:

Warning: html_entity_decode() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /XmysitesnameX/libraries/joomla/html/parameter/element/text.php on line 45

php version is 5.2.10

Hi Carsten,

Does this error go away if you apply the settings once?

Thanks Anthony

Cool thanks Carsten.

I think its perhaps due to lax default settings.

Will be investigating further :)
