Hi,

I have done some work with your plugin in the past and it worked well in the article display mode.

Now I am trying to get it to work with the category display mode.

It displays the image of my category - but when my category is set to restricted access then it does not display the images???

How can I get it to still show the images?

I have done some editing of you code and in the article mode it works fine.
(If the article is restricted, the image displays and then it checks if the user has access - if he does not it prompts him to login an then it gives him access)

But the category view can even show the article and image when it is restricted??

Any help??

Sounds like a bug in the module.

Ive added it to the tracker and will get a fix for you.

From what I have been able to gather in my own test and also some reading of the Joomla forums it seems that this is some Joomla issue.

Any category that is restricted is not shown as restricted to non logged in users but rather as a 404. This is a bug on Joomla`s side and should be fixed by them I believe
