Hi,

I seem to be having a problem with the captify in FF.

I'm pretty sure it is a jquery conflict but am unsure how to fix.

I have captify effect turned on and hover effect turned on.

When i load a page and scroll down to where the captify is positioned it doesn't show. But if i refresh while looking at the position it is meant to load in, it then shows after refresh. In FF 3.6.3 only. Ie seems fine. Loads a little slow sometimes but works eventually. Once or twice i have had a captify image not fully load but not all the time.

If i turn off captify effect it works fine in all browsers which is why i think it is a jquery conflict.

The only other module i can think of that has jquery is slideshow 2.5 and slideshow 3. There is also a gallery module with lightbox but only displays on one page.

I hope someone can help.

Hey Nicki,

Can you let us know which template is in use?
Normally, you should enable the JB Library plugin on your site and you can then disable jQuery from loading in your template and all other modules.
If you have a link to share that makes this very easy to diagnose. If not I'd recommend using the firebug extension to see what js files are being loaded on which page.

Hey Nicki,

Try disabling Lazy Loading of images in the JB Library plugin. The conflict between the scripts is there. If you don't have the latest, I'd advice installing the latest JB Library plugin as well.
