Can't open/close articles -- default is "open"

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

I have JB FAQ installed and running on a new installation of Joomla 1.5.15, and the JB Library installed and enabled.

Still, I can't seem to get the questions to close or the open/close option to work.

I have almost no CSS at this point, so don't think I'm overriding anything there.

What am I doing wrong? I've tried viewing the page in both Firefox and Safari, so I don't think it's a browser issue.

Thanks in advance -- I'm excited to have found you and to try more modules and themes!

nevermind -- I uninstalled the JB library, and it works now! Must have been trying to load the JQuery library twice.

I am having the same problem! Can't open/close. Being a newbie - how do I uninstall the JB library? Thanks!

In the admin interface just go:

'Extensions > Install/uninstall > Plugins'

put a tick in the box next to JBLib and hit the Uninstall button at the top.

It may be better to test it first though. Just go;

'Extensions > Plugins' find JBlibrary in the list and click on the green tick to disable it. Then you can see if that will work without uninstalling it.

Thank you for confirming - I am a newbie but I thought it was in the Plugins however - I don't even have JBlibrary! so where do I go from here to fix the open/close issue? I really appreciate your help!

Hey there,

That would be the problem then. You need JB Library to load jQuery on your site. You can download and install it from here.

Be sure to enable the plugin in the plugin manager after you install it.
Cheers,
