I've run into what seems to be a bizarre situation here. In every browser I've tried, with the exception of Firefox, it works perfectly. In Firefox though, it seems to work in all the module positions I've tried (left, banner, right, etc) without a hitch with the exception of if I'm using a custom module position within content area (as seen in the link above).

Unfortunately, this means that the FAQ items will not open/shut in the one area I need it while using the main browser of the eventual target audience. The close/open all buttons work, just not clicking the questions. I'm certain it is something simple I'm missing, but I am at a loss and would love any help you can provide.

I'm using Firefox v.3.5.5 to run these tests if that helps.

Maybe you are overiding it with some custom css that you have there?

As a quick test, you could remove all css files for the template and replace them one-by-one until JBFaq breaks.
