galleria standalone module works

Deleted the galleria module, and uploaded the standalone, and that one works. However the default parameters are not correct for the template, so they need to be tweaked each time (specifically the width of the description, which overlaps the image.)

Okay. Hey Steven. Looks like we are having similar issues, but you are a few steps ahead of me ;)

But now I may wait for an updated Canvas module that wouldn't require me to manually change all those setting you are coming across that are now not matched with the Canvas template.

I should work on other aspects of the site and await a response from Anthony

Cheers,

Aki

Really appreciate that Anthony. Today is great...I'll be here, don't seem to be able to move much from this seat today;)

Sounds like you understand where we are coming from.

Actually I just checked the demo site and found that the setup images were referencing my localhost - seems to be an issue I havent figured out in J1.5. You can see some screenshots of the module settings there according to left, right, top or bottom alignment of the thumbnails. Might be quicker to manually enter those settings given that you have already loaded the quickstart.

Ill update the package this afternoon anyway.

Cheers Anthony.

Actually Ive just done a fresh install of the Galleria quickstrat and it worked for me. Can you confirm that you were getting the issue on v1.0.1 of the quickstart?

Thanks Anthony

I installed the JB_Canvas_Quickstart_J1.59_v1.0 package.

Anthony, I installed the individual JB galleria module and then set it up based one the example you suggested. Good idea for this fix.

Now i see all the module menus as it should appear -and it makes a whole lot more sense!

Cheers,

Rob
