My template layout has shifted

My template layout has shifted's. How can I put back again? I want to install an RSS module in the content part. But there is no part content.

With loading content in the article/component area I'd look to use the loadposition syntax and insert the module into the article that way

I mean in the backend in the Template Layout settings. Here is the order looks very strange. How do I post a picture?

Try attaching using the chrom browser - that is the easiest
