Meanwhile, I've installed an online chat widget which is breaking the home page of the site www.pro-practice.tv/newsite1

I've contacted ClickDesk support, but not yet heard back. Any ideas what's causing the problem? JQuery perhaps?

Yes, if I disable the component - actually it's the associated plugin which causes the problem - it works fine.

Hi Paul - no, not yet.
I haven't chased them, but I will hopefully tomorrow.
If I (we, all of us) can't solve it quickly I'll abandon it. I'm using Zopim on the live site and it's working well, although this one is less intrusive.

I eventually got hold of support who sorted me out instantly. User error in the installation as ever.
This is a really neat component, and support once they got back to me is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. And the free download, although limited, is fine.
