Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi Paul - sorry for the slow reply.
It's a tiny .png - I can't upload any images to this site, I have to ftp them.
I've plenty of spare space:
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda1 39G 21G 16G 57% /
tmpfs 1.0G 0 1.0G 0% /dev/shm
/usr/tmpDSK 485M 11M 449M 3% /tmp
I've seen the problem around on Google, but I can't find any answers that make sense to me.
Thanks
Ian

Have you checked with the host at their end?

Hi Paul - thanks for getting back to me - I will check, but what should I be looking for?

I'm thinking permissions or some issue with the hosting and disk space - maybe lots of content in the tmp folder

Can you upload anything e.g. a new extension version of zentools or zensocial?

Hi Paul
Support have fixed the problem. This is what they did:

I have changed value post_max_size in /usr/local/lib/php.ini from "-1" to "20M".

What puzzles me is why the value here changed, because I didn't have this upload problem initially.
Thanks

Hi Ian,

Bit odd that as that would mean nothing would install

Sounds like either a mistake editing the file or a hosting glitch

Hi Paul - you mean their mistake editing the php.ini?
I have queried it with them too…
Thanks

Hi Ian,

You're a bit outside my comfort zone on this :)

It does sound like a glitch somewhere along the line - its hard for me to be certain but it sounds like nothing would have installed with this setting - so I'm assuming it must have changed at some point otherwise you couldn't have installed any extension

It seems to be a bit outside their comfort zone too :-)
They're still looking into it, but I don't think I'm going to get a proper answer.
Don't really mind, because it's working now. But I don't like it when things change without any apparent reason…
Thanks
