Hi, I'm new so please excuse me if I ask some stupid questions.

I have just installed the Ignite template with a quick start zip. It lookalike everything has gone to plan.

I seem to be able to find most of the sample pages / articles but what is the home page called as I can't seem to find it.

Hi Stephen,

Joomla is primarily based on a menu system so the front page is created from the default menu item. If you go to the menu manager you should see the item assigned as default. The type of content that shows there is determined by the type of menu item you create.

Most people use the featured view or a blog category to show stubs of articles there. In our themes we often use modules published under extensions > module manager.
