Unable to download Templates

I am trying to download some templates but when I do it sends me back to the purchase membership page even though I am logged in. It really is a pain. Ideas please?

Thanks, but no such luck, there also seem to be less options in the account menu.

Have you tried clearing the cache and history?

Also try in a different browser you have used to access Joomla Bamboo with
