I love the Rasa template but would like to change the color of the Top, Menu, and Footer. Where do I find this?

To check out the css try using Firebug in firefox its great for diagnosing which bit of css to to change and which css file to alter

I use the Firefox Webdev toolbar and I checked out the CSS - several in fact. I do not see where the Top and Menu colors are. Do you know which css file they are in?

Its likely not to be in that file. That file does the combining of files in the framework.

The hilite files generally hold the colour information.

eg templates/rasa/css/[your hilite].css.
