i have a question regarding to the subscription
does JB still give us a support for their old templete that we use after the subscription is over?

i mean, for example , im using shopfront in my site
after my subscription is run out, i found some error or need to change something on that template
or just like on my case, which my project for my site has been delayed
and maybe im gonna start to finish my site after few weeks or months which is my subscription will be run out before i done my project.
do i still can ask a question as if i found some problem with shopfront?

since i believe usually people found a problem after they run their site for a couple of month and wont be perfect before they run their site

also do u have any recomendation for banner slideshow for shopfront?

Yes, we provide support to previous club members. I think Joomla Bamboo is pretty much unique in giving previous club members continued access to the club support forums.

this is absolutely great, the best support ever
some of premium template doesnt even reply our question after our member expired , even though the problem comes from their own mistake.
