subscription not working

Same problem here. paid via paypal but still in 'free only' mode.

please advise.

I re-upped my subscription in November. The system indicates the correct number of days remaining and has a copy of my paid invoice, but list's me asa "previous member" and has disabled downloads.

it wasn't allowing me to download - it kept telling me I need to subscribe. Now it appears to be ok.

Same here, just paid and no access. Says payment uncleared in profile/invoices even tho it's gone out of my paypal acct?

Same here. Upgraded subscription, logged in and cannot access anything but free templates.

I purchased a 6 month Subscription. I got the PayPal confirmation, but never got the registration instruction from JoomlaBamboo. I need to access my account ASAP. Help.

Same thing happening to me :( -- Just signed up, paid $40.00 and cannot download a template! Very frustrating - especially considering I have a time constraint issue!

Welcome to Joomla Bamboo. Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Have you tried logging out and then logging in again? Also check that PayPal has made the payment properly and that you got a receipt.

Sometimes Paypal does not pass the payment details through properly and the subscription is not activated automatically. Unfortunately, I cannot fix that for you. If your subscription does not get processed automatically, it will get done as soon as Anthony is awake (4 - 5 hours from now).
