"There are no Parameters for this Module"

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi, I installed JBLibrary and activate it on my joomla website 1.5.25. I installed JFlickr and published on available position...
On frontend I see the module correctly with some example photos (bamboo templates), but in backend I can find only this message "There are no Parameters for this Module".

I sow another user had this problem, but there isn't writtend the solution!

Thank you!

Hey there,

It could be just a faulty installation. You should first try installing the module again :)

Hi there,

Ive just a completely fresh install on a live server and don't have any problem.

What is the file name of the extension you are installing?

JB_jblibrary_J1.5_1.4.1
JB_mod_jflickr_J1.5_J1.7_1.4.0

I'm using the same installation in a lot of websites, without problems me too...

Ok so the only thing I can think of is to delete the folders manually on the server via ftp.

eg modules/mod_jflickr

then try reinstalling flicker.

It may be a file name conflict.

Let me know if that works.

Just wondering if you discovered a solution for this problem? I'm having the same issue and followed all steps above. Is it a conflict with another module?

Sorry I missed the DM from above.

@Adloff can you post a ticket with ftp access and I will take a look?

We can't replicate this here.

Did anyone figure out what was going on? I'm having the exact same problem as well. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, but there are never any parameters available.

I think this may have been a capitalisation issue. Can you try a complete uninstall and then reinstall the latest to see if that fixes it.

I tried re-downloading, uninstalling, manually deleting the module folder, and reinstalling. Still the same problem: "There are no Parameters for this Module". It works fine when I enable it and shows the sample images, but there's no way to access or edit any parameters.

This is a really odd issue.

Ive just done it on a completely fresh install and the module loads fine.

Can you share your server specs perhaps?

Also send a screenshot of the directory structure showing us the modules/mod_jflickr folder so we can compare.

Thanks - that looks fine.

Not sure what we can do here since we only offer login support for club members. We have tested and retested this on our own servers but can't replicate the issue.
