I just installed JB Responsive template + Zen grid framework in Joomla 2.5.

It seems all the template configuration menu at top are inaccesible (ie. Overview, DIagnostic, Translation etc ).

Clicking any of top menu item redirecs to Documentation Setting page.

I would love JB to fix this minor issue anytime soon. Thanks.

This should have been fixed with the latest version of the framework.

Which version are you using?

I just download them few minutes ago :

JB_Responsive_J1.5_J1.7_v2.0.7.zip
plg_zengridframework2_Unified_v2.1.1.zip

Ah ok - did you upgrade from J1.7?

If so you need to refresh your browser cache. J changed the js in the admin js files bu tnot the names so a refresh is needed.

I am facing the same problem in my website which uses the Responsive template. After an upgrade to Joomla 2.5 and 2.5.1, most template configuration tabs at the top are not working. I see the module positions image when I try to access the Logo, Tagline and other tabs.

Clearing the browser cache did not resolve the issue for me. Could you suggest any other fix?

Did you update to the latest version of the framework and then cleared your cache?

I downloaded the lastest version of the template and the zen grid from JB and installed them, and cleared the cache (under site maintenance and also cleared browser cache).

No error messages when I did this.

So if you can confirm you have installed v2.1+ of the framework and cleared your browser cache and it still isn't working then please create a ticket with J login details and Ill see whats going wrong.

I am having the same issue. Working locally.

Grabbed the latest Quickstart for J1.7. Installed the latest template over this and the latest zengrid. Updated J to 2.5 (maybe not in that order...). Menus in admin responsive template right side load the correct first page which is accessible. But the top menu always links to documentation and module positions.

Did you fix this yet?

Its come up a few times but in each case the fix is to properly clear the browser cache.

So the key point is to:

1. Upgrade Joomla to 2.5
2. Install latest version of the framework plugin / or uninstall and then reinstall.
3. Clear the browser cache.

Is that what you did?

I did all three things, yes sir! But still not working.

J 2.5.1
Responsive 2.0.7
Zendgrid 2.0.11

Ah ok - you need framework v2.1+
