Hi,
in the site www.carpelibrumfy.net , based on "Italian" template, the footer row disappears when displayed on mobile device, but in template layout settings there is no hide option activated for footer row on mobile screens. The footer row is regurarly visible on desktop screen.
In footer position there are 3 modules published ("social", "footer menu" and "custom") for "all languages", for "all pages" and "public" access, and none of them appears on mobile.
All extensions are updated. Joomla version is 3.8.2. Joomla caches are off.
Browsers affected: system browser of ASUS Zenphone and system browser of Samsung Galaxy J5 smartphone.
Joomlabamboo Italian template demo shows correctly the footer row on mobile screen.

Since no one answered, I circumvented the problem in an unorthodox manner, moving all the footer positions in grid 17 and now they appear correctly on mobile device. Nothing is published in the footer now.
