I cannot download the quick install file. It's as if the page is corrupted because it does not even display properly but there is a message across the top that says it is currently being written.
Help!!

To explain a bit better just tried again and instead of a pop box as normal that you agree to download you go to a page with this message

"The document is being edited/updated by a User and is unavailable at this moment."

But I don't want a document, I wanted the file!
