Utafiti Template installed on Buildr quickstart

All new menu items and articles are defaulting to Guest ACL
Global is set to 'Public' but with no effect.
Several other buildr sites active and not getting same result
J3.6.5
All latest Zen products installed
Zentools 2 is still at 2.3.2 as default download, not 2.3.2.1

No we installed teh builder 1.3.1 quickstart and then the Utafiti template through eh installer.

hmm this is an odd one

As I don't get this when I test it myself

Thanks for looking.
Appears to be self corrected tonight.
Might have been a cache or ??
But new menu and articles are now defaulting to Public as expected.
