Can I use Colourshift2 with Windows hosting instead of Linux?

HI!
My client has already a Windows Hosting. PHP and MySql are present, but PHP is an old 5 version. Is it possible to use this platform with ColourShift2 template, instead of to buy a new Linux Hosting?

...Because is a old hosting. Anyway, we buyed a new hosting linux.

Anything below 5.6 is no longer patched with security updates and windows hosting is still a bit painful at times
