I'd like to make a contact form, like in the demo, but there are no instructions here: docs.joomlabamboo.com/joomla-template/buildr-documentation/recreating-the-demo/onepagetwo#contact-form

What is that contact form? A module? Is it easy to make?

Its extensions.joomla.org/extension/sp-quick-contact

We were given permission to use it but you will need to download it from here
