Cannot edit modules in quickstart

Downloaded the latest OePageTwo

Quickstart package to my local server.

Tried to edit the modules and it just comes up with the drop down screen shown attached.

Hi

Have you updated the Joomla version to the latest version?

If so try clearing the browser cache

Yes, I had updated to latest Joomla version.

I cleared the browser cache and all was good, can access modules now.
