I would like to know the procedure (step by step) to create the contact page as in the preview (onepage two).

Hi Andrea,

First you need the email set up in the global configuration - do you have this?

The menu items will only be displayed if you have modules published to the appropriate module positions.
I have not a module (contact form) to be published.

It's a free extension from a different provider

We have permission to use it - it is quite basic
