css handling in new articles

i create some new articles after highline installation. some times (but not in every new item) return white screen as the attachment image. I can not figure out what caused this and I need your help.

I have some other issues with highline , i have already create a ticket (SUPPORT-9G46SLTJ2V ) but this is urgent...

Can you confirm the access details for the joomla admin and paste in the url you are having problem with?
