Virtual Mart for Buildr Template

I'm using Buildr Template and installed Virtual Mart 3.2.4 and Joomla 3.8.1.
I'm getting an error" ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED".

Is this happening because BuildR does not support VirtualMart?

Hi Ashit,

Do you get the same if you use a Joomla default template?
