I have an override shoving the banner under the main nav, but I've done that before. 'Back to top' is likewise a no-show.

If you saw a slider, you didn't see the sticky nav. Either the slider was unpublished for testing (permitting the sticky nav to work) or you saw that I had made the regular #logowrap position:fixed.

RESOLVED

The component and the ZGF template were both invoking 'fullwidth' on the banner. The solution, provided by the developer, was to simply turn off the fullwidth parameter in the component. And now everything works.

(I updated the ticket with their solution, so you can add to your inhouse knowledgebase.)
