Make submenus open on mobile devices

I have set the mobile menu type to "No change", but it doesn't allow the submenus to show. I tried to find where that is set to no avail. Where can I change this?

Hi

I'm seeing links stacked on top of each other on mobile - is that correct?

Dropdowns I think are deliberately disabled but they also won't work if they are top of each other / on different rows

Is adding them to an off canvas mobile menu a better option maybe?

Cheers

I can do that offcanvas now since I am not using it for something else like I was. Thanks.
