default language in html prefix

Hi,

I just noticed that all my sites built with Buildr still show:

xml:lang="en-gb" lang="en-gb"

Even though I have the en-US language package installed.

My sites that use Xero, for example, show it correctly as en-us.

Don't know where to hunt the problem.

Thanks,
Helen

Hi Helen,

Installing a language pack only makes the language available. It doesn't set the lanaguage of your articles.

Have you also created a content language for en_US and set your articles to that language?

Rob

Hi Rob,

I have my Buildr sites set up like my Venture and Xero sites, both of the latter work properly.

With the en_US installed and set as the default, the xml:lang="en-us" lang="en-us" is correct with Venture and Xero but not with the Buildr sites.

No content language creation needed. However, as a test I did as you suggested already and it made no difference.

Thanks,
Helen

I am working on one true multilingual site and when I use the language switcher, it still says en-gb.

Hi Helen,

Can you please open a ticket with superadmin access details for the sites.

I think I have found the issue and have a potential fix.

I dont understand - how can that matter when the fix came _after_ the latest version?
