Issues Installing Buildr Template to a new Joomla website

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Dear Friends,

I am trying to upload your Buildr template to a joomla website and there seems to be some kind of error. I download and install in Joomla the following zipped files:

JB_Buildr_J3+_v1.3.2

and

JB_plg_ajax_zengridframework_J3+_1.0.5

Upon uploading the files and making Buildr the default template I try to go inside the templates to edit its styles and I am not able to do so and an error message pops up saying: " You are not permitted to use that link to directly access the page (#12).

By the way, after installing zengridframework I did went to plugin manager to enable it.

Please help thanks.

Are the permissions correct on the site?

When you say edit the styles are you referring to the template settings e.g. clicking on the template style

or

to add / alter the custom.css file?

Cheers

I still cannot access the template.

I attach 2 files:

(1) The error that keeps popping up

(2) How the permission page looks like

Thanks

Now I am having issues with my current website: fancybirdphoto.com

I was peacefully working with the modules and suddenly upon trying to access the module I got the same error:

Error

You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#116).

I can normally access the articles but I can no longer access the modules.

In regards of the new website issue:

I shall update that I was able to access the template settings to find that the template settings have no positions to edit, there is a blank space where all the position should be. I tried loading the saved presets but still nothing appears ( as you may see on attachment)

Thanks

I have not installed any extensions in the web other than zengrid and buildr template.

I am not really sure what blank.html page means but if anything I am accessing my Joomla by using VirtualHost as the domain www.sanjorgeecolodges.com is currenly being used. I am using Virtual Host to work in the website with that domain untill I finish the website without having to affect the current website.

Checked the box and click edit. It takes me to this same Template Style editor without any design on it.
