I have paid but no templates are available

Hi

I have paid through Paypal.

But I have not received an email from Joomla Bamboo giving me access access to templates?

This is meant is to be instant?

My account only shows access to the forums.

Have I missed something?

I appreciate that things can go wrong - but please look at this urgently!!!!
