I have a simple shared hosting plane. I don't have access to server.
I must ask to my hosting provider if server has some caching.
I opened a ticket by my hosting provider and I'm waiting a answer.

If it's a php server, and they have mod_pagespeed enabled, there are some things you can do via htaccess (prioritize_critical_css speeds things up considerably)

you could also look at using cloudflare - even the free version amounts to a cdn/cache, as it distributes parts of your site to faster servers. you need access to your dns, and be prepared to toggle it on and off when making updates as your data is, well, cached.

I'm running a Corporation site with mod_pagespeed, so if it's available (and you can get to your htaccess file), it works rather well.

my cloudflare is a one-off username AND password, and the two sites I'm running on it have *their* own unique uid's and pw's. (it's a pain - and i doubt any site is safe....)

edit: that said, I am using mod_pagespeed a lot these days.

With cloudflare and any joomla extensions make sure you purge cache after updating the site
