Custom html module not showing on homepage

Hi, this has completed stumped me. The custom html modules appear as expected in sidebar2 position throughout our Ascent2 build website - www.deliciousitaly.net - but not on the homepage. Maybe I'm missing something obvious? Looking forward to your reply. tks Philip

Do you have the maincontent area hidden in the template settings?

Paul, correct. I located the 'Hide Maincontent on front page' setting in General Layout Settings and disactivated it. tks

PS. the 'front page' warning has now obviously disappeared from 'Troubleshooting' in the Ascent2 template interface, but do I need to be concerned with the long list I can now see under 'Settings with empty values' ( ... which may or may not impact the running of your template)?
