Hi the Ascent 2 template on

Is not compiling. Every time I try to change the the background, it attempts to compile but never completes the task.

Attached is the background I'm trying to apply.

Is this the exact image you are trying to upload?

What is the file size of the image?

What do you see listed in the console window / tab of the browser when trying to compile?

Yes it's a 56k file.

I just see the blue compiling button spinning round for ever and never finishing.

I see this:

That looks like either there is an invalid value inputted to the template settings
or
there is an issue with the theme you are using in the template

What ascent2 theme are you using?

I'm using the 'blank' theme (default) but trying to change to the 'cutting' theme.

Have you changed any of the settings?

Do you mean any of the settings for the theme? No I just want to choose the background only and then the color scheme. I've not changed the colour scheme yet - I just selected the cuttings scheme because it's closest to the colours I want. But it won't compile so I've not changed anything else in theme apart from background.

Can you create a ticket for this one as well
