Medica template not loading bootstrap

Hi,

I am coding some modules with row-fluid and span, and i see the Medica template is not doing it. It is not loading bootstrap and it supposed to be bootstrap compatible.
What do i need to do in order to make it work ?

This is an example of my code:

Hi There,

Open up the template settings and open the theme tab

Either scroll to the bottom of this tab or look across to the vertical menu and click bootstrap
