change parallax to other row?

Hi,

I want to change the "Global Health Initiatives" parallax row to below "grid1" (mod_zentools) and above the "Comfort for you" (in the middle) but I dont seem to be able to do it...

Can it be done?

Are you following the steps listed here for the module and you are using different rows for the two modules?
