Are you working off the quickstart package or on your install?

Can you make sure you have the latest zentools2 installed if you are using the quickstart

I will be working off the Quickstart package. What's the process to have my images scroll on the frontpage top module?

Right

So first you need a folder with the images in that you want to display

Then you need to change the settings in the module labelled

Front Page Slideshow - the zentools2 module on the quickstart has an id of 463

In the quickstart module you need to open the content tab and change the count to the number of images you want to display

Select a folder changed to the folder you previously created

With using a quickstart this should be sufficient
