Titles of Modules

Hi Paul:
I have created some Custom modules on this site:
www.velacanada.org

In some cases the Titles of the modules are in a bright color - red.
In other cases there is a different style.

Check out this page: velacanada.org/consulting

Notice in Grids 13 and 14 there are titles there for the modules; but they are not in the usual red color.

What is the reason for this? and How can I make them the same as the rest.

I found it Paul... grid settings in the template area.
