Boost conflict between use of tabs position and mobile offcanvas menu

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

I am unable to use the offcanvas menu on a mobile if i have items in the tabs position. (tested on samsung galaxy s4) i tried hiding them but that didn't resolve the matter. if i unpublish the tab positions the menu works fine. touchofheaven4you.com/

Hi

With it being a live site are you able to turn the tabs on for mobiles so we see the problem?

In what way does it not work?

Cheers

they are still published but i have them hiding for mobile at the moment. i will unhide them but it was when i unpublished them altogether that the menu resumed working. the offcanvas doesn't open. were you able to get the menu to open the way it is now?

I think this may be easier if you open a ticket so we can have a look

i turned on mobile detect and it seems to be responding correctly now. the conflict still exists though if the module in tabs position is on (even if hidden) if mobile detect is not being used. Do you still want me to file a ticket?

in the end the tabs are going to come out. i am having some errors when i save on css and also the font resizer isn't working and print button loads the background black. i came across the black background issue before and i think it's a simple line of code to add to custom.css but wondering on how to resolve the font resizer.

Are you on the latest version of the template and ajax plugin?

The font resizer looks to be working now

With the print button is that also fixed?

i fixed the print issue with the black background. the font resizer i am working on. it might be formatting that the client inserted that is causing the issue so i am looking into that. there is still a css error that pops up quickly when i save the template though . i will check if i have the most recent version of the template. pretty sure i do but i will make sure

the error seems to be gone now but i still have an issue. i removed the tabs and i am using zentools2 in the front page in more than one position and this seems to be causing a problem. I currently have a module called About Irene touchofheaven4you.com/
When this module is published the menu doesn't work on mobile. when i unpublish it, it works fine. i can switch to a custom module i suppose but i point out that the conflict still exists and i do like using zentools2 as it makes it easier for the client to only have to update content in k2 and not have to worry about hunting down modules for changing the text.

Ideas on how this can be resolved other than switching this to a custom module?
