We are working on adding customfields to the zentools2 module

We'd really appreciate any bodies thoughts on how they would implement custom fields in zentools2 on their sites

Off the top of my head

- alternative to introtext (a zt2 feature i've asked for before)
- an additional display field
- a filter

I have not experimented much with extra fields because they seem less useful than K2's, so are a bit of a disappointment for my purposes. I had different expectations. so take my responses above with a grain of salt.

With the module I think at the moment we would support the default field types

With an alternate to introtext - are you referring to text or text and images?

an additional display field and filter - can you clarify what you mean with these?
