I try to add the same content with the same setings to an other site with an other non joomlabamboo template. The lightbox doesnt show up.

it works on my site with builder with same settings. Are there additional settings or css to add with an other template (gavick)

Are you using the latest version of the module?

Are you using the same settings with jchoptimise?
and does it work if you disable this extension

Yes its version - 2.3.3.
i uninstalled jch, but no effect.
